The KISS Approach
- KISS Philosophy: Keep messages to 10-15 words. Business owners don't read long stuff. Use open-ended questions, not yes/no.
- Precision Targeting: Use specific Boolean searches on LinkedIn. Target "authors," "real estate," "speakers" but exclude "not best-selling" or "not publisher." Avoid time-wasters.
- Multi-Touch Engagement: View profiles, comment on posts, endorse skills before DMing. Build rapport first, don't just pitch.
- Persistent Follow-up: Follow up 3-4 times until you get a clear "no." Most conversations die without this.
- Personal Touch: AI is useful but add emotion. Pure AI creates fake connections and doesn't work.
- Conversion to Calls: Get them on the phone. That's where deals close.
- Expert Strategy: "Keep it simple stupid. Be direct. Business owners don't have patience for long messages. Be straight, be to the point, know your target market. That's what works." - Alicia Dibrell (41% Reply Rate)

The Two-Campaign Approach
- Campaign 1: Pure network building (no selling)
- Campaign 2: Value-based outreach to established connections
- Why It Works: Creates familiarity before sales conversation
- Expert Strategy: "I launched two campaigns. One was specific to create new contacts and the other was to explore those contacts." - Jorge MartÃnez-Arroyo (37% response rate)

The "Imperfect" Writing Technique
- Use lowercase in places (especially "i" instead of "I")
- Occasionally skip capitalization at start of sentences
- Include brief, incomplete sentences that mimic natural speech
- Write as if you're typing quickly from your phone
