Capture the Signal — Find the Complainers

Tool: Trigify

Trigify monitors G2 pages and alerts you when new reviews come in. You're setting it up to watch your competitors' G2 profiles and catch negative reviews as they're posted.

Setup:

  1. Go to Trigify and create monitoring alerts for each competitor's G2 page. For example, if you compete with Expandi, HeyReach, and Instantly — you'd monitor all three.
  2. Set your filters:
  3. Configure a webhook (you'll connect this to n8n/Make later) so every time a matching review is detected, it automatically pushes the reviewer's data to the next step.

What you get from Trigify:

Important: G2 reviewers are often partially anonymous. You'll rarely get a clean LinkedIn URL or email directly from Trigify. That's what Step 2 fixes.

Why timing matters: Someone who left a 1-star review yesterday is 10x more receptive than someone who complained 8 months ago. Trigify's real-time alerts let you reach out while the frustration is still fresh. Speed is the whole point of automating this.
