Bucket A: LinkedIn Campaign via SalesRobot

Personalization layer first:

Before loading leads into SalesRobot, run each lead through TypeOut (or Clay's AI message writer) to generate a personalized opening line based on their actual review content.

Example: If someone wrote "Expandi got my account restricted after just 10 days, support was useless" — TypeOut generates something like: "Saw you had a rough run with a LinkedIn tool that got your account flagged pretty fast — curious if you've found something safer since."

Follow-up DM #1 (Day 2 after connection accepted):

Follow-up DM #2 (Day 5):

Totally get it if outreach is on pause. Just wanted to mention — we've had a bunch of people switch from [competitor] to us and we handle the full migration in 24 hours. Open to a quick look?

Follow-up DM #3 (Day 9 — last touch):

Bucket B: Email Campaign via Smartlead

Personalization: Same TypeOut/Clay process as above, but the angle shifts. These people can't be reached on LinkedIn, so your email needs to acknowledge that reality.
